TAKE THE TIME

During our sessions, we focus our attention on our body, our heart, our mind and our breathing.

It is LETTING GO, a moment of full awareness, where our thoughts can come and go freely.

A fabulous moment to practice together.

LACHER-PRISE

Sessions take place on Wednesday mornings at 8am and on Saturday afternoons once a month.
