ZEN PRACTICE EVERY TUESDAY MORNING
"Zen is zazen and all the things of life"
Sessions take place every Tuesday morning according to the following schedule:
7 a.m.: Arrival
7:15 a.m.: Zazen*
7:55: Kin-hin*
8:05 a.m.: Zazen
8:45 a.m.: Ceremony
9:15 a.m.: Guen-Maï*
10am: Samu*
11am: End
* Guen-maï means the traditional breakfast consisting of rice and vegetables.
* Zazen means “Zen posture” translated as “Seated meditation”
* Kin-hin means “walking straight” and translates as “meditative walking”
* Samu means service to the community.
Price
The price for a session is 8€ for Zazen only and 12€ for the all morning *
The price for a month is 30€ for Zazen only and 40€ for the all morning.
