Learn and pratice ZAZEN - the sōtō zen meditation

The sessions take place every wednesday evening, from 7 until 8.10 pm.

19.00 : Zazen*
19.30 : Kin-hin*

19.40 : Zazen

20.10 : End

* Zazen means "zen posture" and is translated by "sitting meditation"

* Kin-hin means "straight walk" and is stranslated by "walking meditation"

Price

The price for a session is 10€.

The price gets always adaptated to everybody's personal situation, thanks for talking in any necessity.
